BUAS Appoint New Executive Director
Following the announcement in June of this year that Ronald Wilson would be retiring from his role as Secretary of the Border Union Agricultural Society later this year, we are delighted to announce that Mags Clark has been appointed as Ronald’s successor.
Monday 9 October 2017
Mags has spent more than twelve years at the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS) firstly working within the RHET team, then during more recent years involved in the Show team with specific responsibility for trade stands.
Mags’ skills and extensive experience see her well equipped to take over the responsibilities of running BUAS from Ronald, and to build on the excellent work that he has done during his long tenure making BUAS the success it is today.
Final start dates are yet to be confirmed but there will be a planned and structured handover from Ronald to Mags over a period of time.
We would like to wish Mags every success in her new role as we welcome her to BUAS.
Chairman of the BUAS Society.
Chairman of the Trustees.
